Ingredients: - 1 cup of cooked chickpeas - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice - 4 tablespoons of sesame tahini paste - 1/4 teaspoon of cumin - 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt - Freshly ground pepper, to taste - 2 large carrots, cut into sticks - 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks - 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips 

Directions:1. Place chickpeas in a food processor and pulse until smooth.2. Add garlic, lemon juice, tahini paste, cumin, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Pulse until everything is combined and smooth.3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside.4. Place the carrot sticks, celery stalks, and bell peppers in a bowl.5. Serve with hummus dip and enjoy!
